I’m passionate about helping people understand and trust their bodies. My specialty is helping skiers reach their full potential—whether it’s recovering from an injury, preventing one, building confidence, or advancing from intermediate to expert level.
My program has three key components: a top-tier movement assessment, a “ski coach in your pocket,” and ongoing accountability.
It’s all done virtually through video calls, a fitness app with guided videos and progress tracking, and weekly check-ins via text or voice notes.
With virtual training, you can ask questions, send videos for feedback, and get support anytime—no need to wait for your next appointment to adjust your plan.
